Acid Releasing agent

【Brief introduction】

This agent is applied to the mercerizing for dyeing process on wool and nylon which dyed by acid dyes,reactive dyes, mordant dyes or metal complex dyes, can make the PH value change from neutral to acid.

【Main components】

The main components is mixed organic acids

【Properties】

Appearance: colorless to light yellow liquid
Ionic: Nonionic
PH value: 6-7.5(1% dilution)
Solubility: soluble with water in any proportion, add it when needed ,if the dye bath circulation is good, can be added directly.
Stability: stable to hard water, salt and acid

Compatibility: good compatibility with anionic, cationic, nonionic

Foaming: None

【Characteristic】

1．Acid release agent PBF is a kind of gradient acid, is not like the general free acid which will make the pH immediately lower, but with the increase of temperature, gradually release out the organic acid, so make the PH of dye bath slowly decreased

2 ． Can leveling the dyes, promote the dye completely, to ensure the best reproducibility.

3． Short the working time ,easy operation.

4． Make the PH value decrease slowly ,leveling the dyes .

5．This agent is specially for the dyeing of Nylon and chlorinated wool.

Stored in sealed container at room temperature for 6 months .avoid to contact with water and alkali agents .
