Dipping Process: 0.3-0.8%(o.w.f) , bath ratio 1:10-15,temperature:40-50℃，15-30 minutes.
Padding Process: 10-40g/L ,temperature 30 ~ 40°C.
Pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 8-10%, stir and soak the mixture for 10-20min till flake completely disperse, then stir and heat to 60—70°C until the flakes melt, it need about 30 mins. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, continually stir the mixture till to get a uniform paste. Then the product can be used.
