【Brief introduction】
A special wet rubbing fastness improving agent for deep color fabrics which dyed by direct /reactive/ sulfur dyes ,especially dark black bright red and turquoise blue whose wet rubbing fastness is blow Grade 3 ,Because fabric wet rubbing fastness exported to Europe and US must be above Grade 3 . Also excellent on pigment printing and denim washing .

Appearance :light color viscous liquid .
Ionic :Nonionic
PH :4.0-6.0 (1% aqueous solution )
Solid content : 29-31% (after drying)
Solubility :easily soluble in normal water in any proportion at room temperature

Excellent wet rubbing fastness improving performance that can meet above Grade 3 by improving 0.5-2 grades for cellulose fibers by reactive dyes
No influence on light fastness and resistant to washing
Free of formaldehyde and APEO that complied with environmental requirement
【Application method】
Based on different kind and concentration of dyes ,different kind and pattern of treated fabric,
Dosage：dipping process (washing only)：2-4 %(o.w.f) adjust based on color .
bath ratio :1:10-20
dyed fabrics (PH=5-6 )-----DIP at 40℃ x20-30 mins----dry at temperature 160℃ , with 1.5-2 mins
2） Padding :
Dosage of UP-W :20-30g/l
dyed fabrics (PH=5-6 )---One dip and pad with water retention 70-80% dry at temperature 160℃ with 1.5-2 mins
【Notice】
1:If this agent used with cationic additives in one bath ,the effect will be decreased a lot ,so avoid the cationic additives.In the soft finishing process ,please first use this product treating ,drying and then soft finishing ,otherwise the effect will be much lower
2. It is not suitable to use in the water which has a lot of impurities (such as well water ,groundwater ) ,but tap water or soft water is suitable for use .
