【Characteristics】
- DY01 # emulsifier has excellent permeability and cleanning emulsifying properties.
- DY02 # emulsifier has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties
- The two products are compatible with emulsification for various animal and vegetable mineral oils. They have excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. They are especially suitable for the production of O/W type amino silicone oil (0.1 ~ 0.8) micro-emulsion. It has the advantages of easy operation, strong emulsifying power and good emulsifying and dispersing stability.
- The product can also be used as degreasing agent for pretreatment.
【Application method】
- Mix the emulsifier DY01 and DY02 at the ratio of 1:1
- add amino silicone oil into the emulsifying kettle according to the required solid content,
- amino silicone oil20% acetic acid 0.15%
water, 5% stir for 20-30 minutes,
then slowly add water 20% stir for 30 minutes
then again add water 20% stir for 10-20 minutes.
Until the formation of uniform emulsion,
Then add acetic acid 0.15%, adjust pH between 5.5-6.0,
add water 24.7%, stirring for 10-20 minutes,
until the formation of uniform emulsion, sampling, check the appearance of transparent liquid, filter and packaging. (Just For reference)
【Package and storage】
200 kgs iron barrel, 50 kgs plastic barrel packaging.
Store and transport general chemicals in dry and ventilated places. The shelf life is 12 months .
