Wax Emulsion
【Brief introduction】
This agent is a natural imported wax as raw material ,through a special process and the properties of emulsion ,closer to natural cotton wax ,and it is bio-degradable
【Nature】
Appearance :milky white to light yellow emulsion
PH value :5.0-6.0 (10% aqueous solution )
Ionic :weak cationic / nonionic
Viscosity :about 50 m pas (20℃)
Solubility : can be completely soluble in cold water .
【Properties】
This agent is used for yarn wet waxing and softening treatment , the finishing process is immediately done after the yarn dyeing ,bleaching in the dyeing machine .
The emulsion is extremely stable ,safety , no emulsification layered floating ,not contaminated equipment and yarn , high temperature resistant ,even if the bath temperature reached 100℃ will not produce any adverse reaction
The emulsion is extremely easy to be used ,can be dispersed in cold water without pre-dilution
High adsorption rate ,residual liquid is clear ,less residue ,so the produce is economical and environmental.
Gives fabrics comfortable wearing ability ,such as avoid to form the hole of a needle and increase abrasion resistance .
Can be used with cationic ,nonionic softener in one bath .
【Application method】
1:after dyeing;
A) 100% cotton or other cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber ,wool fiber blend .
Dosage :1-3% O.W.F
Process :add cold soft water in the feeding groove ,directly add the agent to the water or add to Supplementary tank ,regulating bath PH=6-7 without heating ,running 10 minutes ,alternate cycle ,from inside to outside ,and maintain pressure (3-4) bar ,heating to 40-60℃ ,keep running 10 minutes or observing the working bath ,if the bath becomes clear ,then discharge the liquid ,dewatering and drying .
Note :adjusting the bath PH can increase the absorption
B)polyester, polyamide / wool, wool, polyester / wool yarn
2. Wet waxing and soften finishing in one bath
A) after dyeing ,add this product 1-3% o.w.f. and softener 1-2% o.w.f. (cationic ,nonionic ) in the clear water .
Process :( same as the No.1 )
Note :Softener should be added before this product .
3.Active or direct dyes dyeing cotton yarn ,and cationic fixing agent in one bath
Process :Adding cationic fixing agent to the bath which containing Lubricant ,and then according to the process 1.A. ) If the liquid can not be sucked ,is due to the inhibition of the cationic fixing agent .
Recommend using one bath two step process .
Lubrication first by process 1.A.) After this product is sucked ,adding fixing agent in fixing agent
In fixing temperature for 20-30 minutes .
Please pretesting fixing agent compatibility and the effect of improving the color fastness
